OpenScape UC Application is a flexible unified communications and collaboration (UCC) solution that can integrate into diverse IT and telephony environments and existing unified communication applications including Microsoft Lync, Outlook, Live Meeting, and SharePoint, and IBM Lotus Notes groupware and Sametime solutions. In addition, it gives enterprises access to the transformational process efficiencies of communications-enabled business processes (CEBP), by integrating seamlessly with in-place workflow, ERP, vertical, and many other business applications and social media tools.

Flexible design
Modular and role-based in design, OpenScape UC Application offers a range of user-centric deployment options, with a seamless upgrade path within the portfolio depending on your needs. From the entry-level Personal edition to the advanced Enterprise editions, it addresses both the low-end and high-end user needs.
In addition, OpenScape UC Application supports VMware virtualization, enabling it to be installed with other OpenScape applications on a single server. This reduces your hardware costs, installation costs, and management costs, making unified communications and collaboration more affordable.
OpenScape UC Application Personal is an entry-level soft client that does not require the OpenScape UC Application server. It gives users soft phone functionality and basic UC features such as call management and screening capabilities, directory access, ad-hoc audio conferencing and multi-party video conferencing with Continuous Presence.
OpenScape UC Application Enterprise offers a comprehensive and sophisticated set of unified communications capabilities and is available in three solution packages. Each package provides incremental value and productivity gains, with a flexible licensing structure which makes upgrading from one package to another, simple and cost effective.
