OpenScape UC Suite Hosted Edition is available with Subscription Licensing as an alternative to traditional procurement
Communications software has traditionally been offered on a ‘perpetual license’. This requires a higher initial capital cost, plus future incremental costs to purchase software upgrades – particularly when many initial user licenses were required. As an alternative we offer Subscription Licensing for Hosted Edition’s Software Products, which means you only pay a monthly license fee for each user you actually have connected to the system.
Benefits of subscription licensing
Subscription licensing means that you don’t need to make a large up-front capital-investment in software licenses. Instead you only pay for users you have in service, which can dramatically improve your cash-flow. The software subscription license includes:
- User licenses
- Software assurance (most upgrades are included in the monthly price)
- Software support (bug fixes, etc.)
We offer several different subscription licenses, including voice users, mailboxes, UC users and contact center agents. They refer to the functions the applications provide and correlate with the services you sell, which makes it easy for you to bundle our services with your own.
