Wolfram Fischer

General Manager of EMEA/APAC Operations

Wolfram Fischer has more than 30 years experience in sales, marketing and business management within the IT industry. His passion is to manage diverse and international organizations to drive business results. He holds a degree in computer science and business administration.

Currently he serves as General Manager of Siemens Enterprise Communications for the regions: Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific. His objective is to increase market share and drive profitable business in the countries within these regions.

Prior to joining SEN on 1st June 2010, Wolfram Fischer worked for 25 years at Hewlett-Packard Corporation, with an excellent track record in growing revenue while increasing margin and improving customer and employee satisfaction. He was highly regarded within the company with responsibility in his roles such as: Vice President of Professional Services for Software and Solutions EMEA, Vice President and General Manager of Consulting and Integration EMEA, Vice President for Marketing and Strategy EMEA, Executive Director and General Manager of the Services and technology business in Germany and Vice President of the Global Services Sales organization.

During his time at Hewlett-Packard, Fischer created awareness, increased preference and generated demand for HP solutions and services and assisted the company to serve the needs of large corporate, international and local clients to optimize their business outcomes using Information Technology.

Prior to joining HP in 1985, Fischer was employed as an Application Engineer and Project Manager within the German banking sector at RWG GmbH, where he succeeded in developing cross banking clearance systems, which were installed in 500 local banks.
