Stephen Juge is Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Company Secretary at Siemens Enterprise Communications, and reports directly to the CEO.
Juge has 30 years of experience in providing a wide range of legal and business advice throughout the globe, with a particular focus on Europe.
Juge joined Siemens Enterprise Communications from Smartrac N.V., an Amsterdam-based supplier of high security and other radio frequency identification products, where he sat on the Management Board and was Chief Legal Counsel.
He also worked at Disneyland Paris, where he created its legal department. He then became Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Walt Disney International (Europe) where he supervised 33 attorneys in five European offices and directed Disney’s legal affairs throughout EMEA. He has also worked with Gemplus International S.A. and Coudert Frères.
