Dr Gerald Kromer

General Manager and Executive Vice President, Business Unit Services

Dr Gerald Kromer is the General Manager heading the Business Unit Services division at Siemens Enterprise Communications and is also a member of the supervisory board of Cycos AG.
Kromer has more than 14 years of experience in the communications and high-tech industries, and was previously Senior Vice President, Professional Services & Solutions at Siemens Enterprise Communications.

Before joining Siemens Enterprise Communications, Kromer was a management consultant with Siemens Management Consulting (SMC), where he was involved with the strategic reorientation of the Siemens Enterprise Communications business. Prior to that, he was a management consultant with A.T. Kearney.
Kromer holds a PhD from the University of Karlsruhe, a Master’s degree in Management, Economics and Politics from the University of St. Andrews, and a Masters in Business Administration and Computer Science from the University of Darmstadt.
