2011 Nemertes PilotHouse Award for Unified Communications
Siemens Enterprise Communications was named a 2011 PilotHouse Award winner by Nemertes Research, receiving the highest overall rankings for all award areas in Unified Communications for its OpenScape UC Server solution.
Nemertes PilotHouse Awards recognizes technology providers based on the positive ratings of IT professionals using the products or services. The award is based on the results of Nemertes analysts interviewing and surveying more than 2,000 IT decision-makers. Customers rated their providers on technology, customer service, and value.

OpenScape UC Server received the highest overall ranking for Unified Communications, ahead of competitors such as Cisco, Avaya and Microsoft. IT professionals lauded the solution for its innovative deployment models covering on-premise, hosted and cloud options, as well as the breadth of the offering featuring a full suite of UC and telephony services for small and large enterprises, and vertical solutions.

Additionally, Siemens Enterprise Communications was given high marks for customer service thanks to a strong global footprint and was recognized for providing superior value to customers.
