OpenScape UC Suite Hosted Edition is based on the award-winning OpenScape UC Server. It provides a high-quality carrier-grade service architecture for hosting service providers, public-cloud and communication-as-a-service (CaaS) applications. It includes options for voice, unified communications, messaging, and contact center, together with supporting applications and services, and is available with a Subscription-licensing option.
You only need to choose the components that are right for the hosted services that you plan to offer customers.
OpenScape UC Suite Hosted Edition includes a comprehensive set of supporting service options, so that you can choose the package that’s right for your business model:
- We provide all supporting services: if you are in start-up mode;
- We provide partial supporting services: as you build your service expertise (with ramp-up tailored to your needs);
- We provide software support & level 3 support only: when your service organization is completely enabled.
We know that start-up costs can be a barrier with traditional procurement models, that’s why we have introduced a Subscription Licensing Option, so that you pay only a low monthly fee for users actually in service. The monthly license fees are for each application you are offering, and since it’s calculated monthly in arrears, you don’t need to keep a large stock of unused licenses, and you can manage your cash-flow much more easily. It’s the ultimate pay-as-you-go solution.
But of course if you prefer traditional procurement (CapEx Model), that’s available too. It’s up to you.
