Service Management
We offer a multi-lingual service desk as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all service requests including fault/query logging, resolution and coordination of remote, on-site and spare parts service, directly or through service providers. In addition we will assign a service level manager to monitor and report on your managed services in line with the agreed service levels. They also supervise technical escalation procedures and employ improvement programs to correct failures.
Monitoring & Performance Services
With our fault monitoring services we continually check your voice, network, server and applications. We also offer performance monitoring via regular, scheduled analysis to ensure there is sufficient capacity to meet your business requirements at all times.
Administration Services
We can provide moves, adds and changes (MAC) on site, or remotely for software, and we can co-ordinate third party MACs for you.
