2011 Nemertes PilotHouse Award for IP Contact Center
Siemens Enterprise Communications was named a 2011 PilotHouse Award winner by Nemertes Research, receiving the highest overall rankings in the IP Contact Center category for its OpenScape Contact Center solution.
Nemertes PilotHouse Awards recognizes technology providers based on the positive ratings of IT professionals using the products or services. The award is based on the results of Nemertes analysts interviewing and surveying more than 2,000 IT decision-makers. Customers rated their providers on technology, customer service, and value.

OpenScape Contact Center received the highest overall ranking s in the IP Contact Center category ahead of competitors such as Cisco, Avaya, Genesys, and Interactive Intelligence. IT professionals noted it for delivering a reliable, broad portfolio of contact center solutions that addresses customer pain points. Additionally, Siemens Enterprise Communications was recognized for delivering innovative solutions such as social media integrations and virtualization.
