What can OpenScape Secure Cloud do for me?

What if I don't want all the 'bells and whistles' right now - is there still an advantage in moving to OpenScape Secure Cloud?
Yes! You can save up to 30% on your call costs right now with a base telephony package. You also have the option to instantly upgrade to any of our other packages should you wish to.
I want to test the water first - how can I do this?
Of course. We would always recommend trialling OpenScape Secure Cloud with a small number of users (from 5 upwards). It's simple to do, just speak to your local OpenScape Cloud Certified Partner and they will discuss your requirements and set you up with an account the same day.
Will my network be up to/able to cope with cloud?

If you have a modern LAN infrastructure that supports Quality of Service (QoS) your network will be certainly be able to access all the OpenScape Secure Cloud services through your existing internet data connection. If you haven't, we'd always recommend upgrading your LAN infrastructure, not just to support our services but all your other data communications. Our OpenScape Cloud Certified Partners will be able to help.

There's really no hardware investment?

There is no investment in CPE, however we expect most customers to upgrade their desk phones to take full advantage of the functionality - such as autodialing from Outlook.

How complicated will all this be for us to administer and manage in-house?

Incredibly simple! Much of the administration is carried out by us or your OpenScape Cloud Certified Partner, and the applications and services are straightforward to use so you'll see a drop in help desk calls. Your administrator won't need weeks of specialist training to understand the system either. But one of the major benefits of a cloud based solution is that you can't change it too much - you don't need to make configuration changes that can impact your network.

How easy is it for us to change the cloud communication services?

Simple - just a click of a mouse or a call to your OpenScape Cloud Certified Partner. Most changes can be made within the hour.

Where do I buy it from?

We operate a channel model so you'll only need to deal with your local OpenScape Cloud Certified Partner.
