Technology Marketing Corporation (TMC) has announced the winners of Customer Interaction Solutions magazine's 2010 Product of the Year Awards.

Customer Interaction Solutions is the leading publication dedicated to CRM, contact/call centers and teleservices since 1982. The editors of Customer Interaction Solutions selected companies to receive the esteemed Product of the Year Awards based on their vision, leadership and diligence.
